We are stuck in the 'almost but not quite there feeling. That may be when it’s time to dive into our nervous system and understand what’s happening behind the scenes.

This course is giving you new tools to use on daily basis, that with time and practice will shift you out of your past and into your present. This course is both informative and practical.

Additionally to these symptoms the nervous system plays a big role in stress perception. Whether we recognize it or not, we have all experienced (some) trauma and excessive stress in our lives. The way we perceive it in addition to the way we process experiences in life could support our resilience. Supporting our resilience means that we can respond to situations in life instead of reacting to them. It means that we can stay present in the face of adversity, or come back to presence faster than we have previously, thus recover faster from the experience. Essentially, we bring ourselves back to balance sooner than we have in the past, which gives us more power and flow in life. We have FREEDOM in what way and how our energy moves.
If you experience one or a few of these symptoms you may be living in survival mode. Survival mode mean your system may be living in the past. It may be the disconnection between the life you want and what you have. Through connecting to the nervous system, and taking daily actions you can rewire your system from living in the past to being present in the moment. This is about connecting your body, mind and heart.
